These Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any written service quotation or work order issued by horologicafads.

"We", "Us", "Our"

horologicafads, operating from 188 Charoen Krung Road, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500, Thailand.

"You", "User", "Client"

Any individual or entity who submits a timepiece for servicing, uses this website, or contacts us regarding our services.

"Service"

Any watch repair, movement servicing, restoration, or maintenance work carried out by horologicafads, as described on this website or in a written quotation.

"Timepiece"

Any watch, clock, or similar device submitted to horologicafads for inspection, repair, or restoration.

"Content"

All text, images, pricing information, and other material published on this website.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a timepiece for service, using this website, or engaging with horologicafads in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to engage our services.
• You confirm that you have the legal authority to submit the timepiece for service — either as its owner or as an authorised representative of the owner.
• If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not submit a timepiece or proceed with the service.

3. Service Description

horologicafads provides horologicafadsl repair and restoration services from our workshop in Bangkok. Our current service offerings include:

Services are provided from our Bangkok workshop. We do not currently offer postal or courier servicing. Availability of specific services may vary; please contact us to confirm before visiting.

4. Your Responsibilities

When engaging horologicafads, you agree to the following:

• Ownership or Authority: You confirm ownership of the timepiece or that you are authorised by the owner to submit it for service.
• Accurate Information: You will provide accurate descriptions of any known faults, previous repairs, or relevant history of the timepiece.
• Collection: You will collect the timepiece within 30 days of notification that work is complete. After this period, a storage fee may apply.
• Reasonable Use of Website: You will not use this website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation or interfere with any other user's access.
• Prohibited Activities: You will not attempt to access any part of our systems without authorisation, submit false or misleading information, or misrepresent your identity.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photography, service descriptions, pricing structures, and design — is the property of horologicafads or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. This does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, republish, or redistribute any content without written consent
• Use any content for commercial purposes
• Remove or alter any copyright or trademark notices
• Create derivative works based on our content

6. Payment Terms

All prices are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• Quotation: For mechanical servicing and battery care, the price is fixed as stated. For vintage restoration, a written scope and estimate will be provided and agreed before work begins.
• Scope Changes: Any work beyond the agreed scope will be discussed and confirmed with you before proceeding.
• Payment on Collection: Payment is due upon collection of the timepiece. We accept cash and standard bank transfer.
• Cancellation: If you cancel an agreed service after work has begun, reasonable costs incurred to that point may be charged.

Our services are provided with reasonable skill and care. However, we cannot make absolute assurances about outcomes in all cases:

• We do not represent that all timepieces submitted can be returned to full working order.
• The condition of very old or previously repaired movements may limit what can be achieved.
• Website content is provided for informational purposes and may not reflect the full range of what is possible for your specific timepiece.
• We are not affiliated with any watch manufacturer; our services are independent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law:

• Our liability for any single claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of use of the timepiece or loss of sentimental value.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing faults or deterioration unrelated to our work.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold horologicafads harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, including any claim by a third party asserting ownership of a submitted timepiece. This indemnification obligation survives the completion of any service engagement.

11. Termination

Either party may withdraw from a service engagement before work has commenced. Once work has begun:

• You may request that work stop at any point; reasonable costs incurred to that stage may apply.
• We may decline to continue a service if we identify safety concerns, evidence of prior misrepresentation, or if the timepiece's condition makes further work inadvisable.
• On termination, you are expected to collect the timepiece promptly. All applicable charges for completed work remain payable.

We encourage any concerns to be raised with us directly in the first instance. Most matters can be resolved through a straightforward conversation.
