Our Services
Three ways to care
for a watch properly.
A full bench service, a considered restoration track, and a light-touch battery care service — each with a defined process and stated pricing.

How the workshop operates
Assessment First
Every piece is assessed before any service is confirmed. We note the condition, discuss what we find, and agree on a path before opening the case.
Bench Work by the Watchmaker
All service work is carried out by a trained watchmaker at the bench — not outsourced, not passed to an apprentice for finishing. One craftsperson follows each piece through.
Written Record on Return
Each completed service generates a written summary — work performed, parts replaced or sourced, timing results, and pressure test outcome where applicable.
Service 01
Mechanical Movement Servicing
฿4,200 per service
A full bench service for hand-wound and automatic watches: case opening, full disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, fresh lubrication at all movement points, and re-regulation on the timing machine. Suited to everyday wearers who want their watch running steadily and accurately again.
The service includes a condition assessment note completed at drop-off and a written record of all work performed, returned with the watch on collection. A service-coverage period is explained at drop-off before work begins.
What is included
- Case opening and full movement disassembly
- Ultrasonic cleaning of all components
- Application of correct lubricants per application point
- Reassembly and re-regulation on calibrated timing machine
- Timing machine rate report (amplitude, beat error, daily rate)
- Written condition notes and service record
The process
Drop-off & condition note. We receive the watch in person, record the condition, and note any concerns you raise. The service-coverage terms are explained.
Assessment & disassembly. The movement is assessed before disassembly. We note worn parts, prior repairs, or any non-original components.
Cleaning & lubrication. All parts pass through the ultrasonic bath. Lubricants are applied by type, not by convenience.
Regulation & documentation. The reassembled movement is regulated on the timing machine. Results are recorded. The watch is returned with a written record.
Typical timeframe: 7–14 working days
The process
Initial consultation. We examine the watch together. Condition, originality, and the owner's intentions for the piece are discussed before any scope is proposed.
Scope and price agreed. We produce a written scope of work and agreed price before any bench work begins. Nothing proceeds without sign-off.
Careful bench work. Case and bracelet refinishing, dial and hands work, crystal, movement service — addressed according to agreed scope using reversible methods where possible.
Collection & record. The watch is returned with a full written record of all work performed and parts sourced, photographed where relevant.
Timeline: discussed and agreed per piece
Service 02
Vintage Timepiece Restoration
From ฿32,500 — scope discussed
A considered restoration track for older and inherited pieces. This service covers case refinishing, dial and hand assessment, gentle crystal work, and sourcing of period-appropriate parts where available. Aimed at collectors and family pieces that deserve careful, reversible work.
The scope and timeline are discussed and agreed before anything begins. Pieces are assessed for their originality, and the approach is tailored accordingly — some watches are best left with their patina intact.
What may be included (subject to scope)
- Case and bracelet surface assessment and refinishing
- Dial condition assessment and gentle cleaning
- Hands evaluation and restoration where appropriate
- Crystal work (replacement or polishing)
- Movement service (full bench procedure as above)
- Period-appropriate parts sourced where available
- Detailed photographic record of condition before and after
Service 03
Battery & Seal Care
฿3,600 per service
A light-touch service for quartz and water-resistant watches: battery replacement using an OEM-equivalent cell, gasket renewal, and pressure testing with a clear pass or observation note. Suited to daily watches that simply need to keep good time and remain properly sealed.
Standard models are typically completed the same day. Cases with unusual construction or non-standard gaskets may require an additional day. Pricing is stated up front and does not change for standard work.
What is included
- Battery replacement with OEM-equivalent cell
- Crown and case back gasket renewal
- Case back re-sealing and torque check
- Water resistance pressure test
- Written pass or observation note
The process
Receive and log. The watch is received and logged into the workshop register with its condition noted.
Battery and gasket replacement. The case is opened carefully, the battery replaced, and the gaskets renewed as required.
Pressure test. The resealed case is pressure-tested. A pass or observation note is recorded.
Collection. The watch is returned with a brief written note of the work done and the test result.
Typical timeframe: same day (standard models)

Standards
Workshop protocols across all services
Piece Security
All watches are logged on receipt and stored in a locked workshop outside of active bench work. Access is limited to workshop staff.
Correct Lubricants
Movement lubricants are selected by application point — mainspring grease, pivot oil, and escapement oil applied where each is specified. No shortcuts.
Timing Machine Calibration
Our timing machine is calibrated regularly. Rate results are recorded numerically, not approximated — and are included in the service documentation.
Pressure Testing Equipment
Water resistance tests use a calibrated pressure tester. Pass or observation results are recorded and included in the battery service record.
Photographic Documentation
For restoration work, condition photographs are taken before and after. These remain in our workshop archive and can be provided to the owner on request.
No Work Without Agreement
We do not begin any work beyond a standard service without prior discussion. If the scope expands during a job, we pause and consult the owner first.
Ready to Proceed
Not sure which service your watch needs?
Bring the watch in. We will look at it properly and tell you what we think — with no obligation to proceed if the scope or price is not right for you.
